Pastor Duke and his wife Jacquie have been married since 1970 and have two children and 4 grandchildren. Pastor Duke is a graduate of Southeastern College with a Bachelors Degree in Bible and Ministry. They have been involved in ministry in Indiana since 1979. Souls Harbor began under the direction of Pastor Duke in 1992. Under his leadership the church has flourished from a small number of people to a congregation of over 200 with a variety of ministry opportunities for every age group. Their passion for God through the preaching of the Word and their love for His people is evident.
